  • Design Satisfaction Guarantee – We take pride in designing a distinctive piece of art that you will be proud to display for years to come.  We are so confident you are going to love your Photo Art Design, that we will provide a full refund to you if you are not 100% satisfied.  Within 10 days of receipt, just place your artwork back in the original box and call or email us.  We will provide a FedEx pick up within one week and deliver it back on us. Upon receipt of the artwork, we will credit you back for the full amount you paid.


  • Cancellation Policy – You may cancel any portion of your order before we begin working on it.  We will deliver as many modifications as you request to make sure you are happy with the final composition.  We guarantee that what you see on your computer screen will be very similar to the final masterpiece that arrives at your door.


  • How Long Does It Take? – Our products are one-of-a-kind and designed specifically with your font, color, and style preferences in mind. For this reason, proofs take a little time to create. Typically, they are ready to view 3-4 days after receiving your order. At that time you can approve one, or request modifications. We will continue to make changes until you are totally happy with the composition. Once the final design is approved, we send it to the lab for production. Final artwork is then produced and shipped to you within 3-5 business days.


  • Packaging and Damaged Boxes – Our products are packaged with special care.  Depending on your piece of art, we protect it using custom made packaging and bubble wrap.  Transit damage occurs in less than 1% of our shipments. If you receive a damage product, please contact us within 24 hours and save all shipping labels and documents. They are needed to conduct an investigation as to why the piece was damaged during shipping. We will make sure any damaged products are replaced promptly.


  • Payment Methods – Our on-line payment service is through PayPal. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal account payments through our secure, encrypted website. Personal checks are accepted, but will need to be mailed directly to us prior to beginning your artwork.


  • Perfect Gift – There is no more unique and personalized gift you can give to a friend or loved one than a Photo Art Design.  It is the perfect gift that can be cherished and enjoyed for a lifetime.  If you don’t have a photo of your friend or loved one, you can easily order a Photo Art Design gift certificate by clicking here.


  • Privacy – We don’t show your images or the designs we create for you to anyone, without asking for permission.  We never share your billing or shipping information.  We never share any information you provide with any third parties.  We are the only ones that see this information.  Your credit card information is securely encrypted.  We cannot even see the first twelve digits of your card number.  Only PayPal has access to this information.


  • Shipping – We ship to the lower 48 states at NO CHARGE. Areas outside this are an additional charge. Please contact us ahead of time for shipping rates to your destination.
